Programmes
The Emotionally Fit Leader coaching programme has been designed to enable lasting behavioural change in underpinning attitudes and emotions. In addition to this we run bespoke coaching programmes based on the outputs of the EIP and EI 360. There is also an emphasis on physical fitness and wellbeing.
