We offer a number of different Personality Type Psychometric, 360, Emotional Intelligence and Health assessments that create awareness and unlock human potential.
The outputs of these assessments provide a full written report and an in-depth coaching session to identify strengths and areas of development.
Our Coaching Programmes have been designed to enable lasting behavioural change in underpinning attitudes and emotions. They are either one off coaching interventions, or offered as part of The Emotionally Fit Leadership Retreat.
Our Workshops have been designed to run as either 1 day or 90 minutes or 120 minutes. There are a range of Workshops that have been developed around the different dimensions of Emotional Intelligence and Wellness. The Management and Leadership Workshops include an assessment element. We also offer bespoke Workshops and Leadership Team Days.
